Variable Power Supply 0-24V 5A IC L200
Variable power supply circuit can provide a variable output of 0 volts DC to 24 volts DC with a maximum current of 5 amperes and use a voltage regulator IC L200. Circuit variable power supply or adapter is required to provide a voltage source to a different device working voltage. This variable power supply circuit uses IC voltage regulator and current L200 type that has stability in providing a regulated output voltage and output current is stable. Circuit and component list to create a variable power supply circuit 0-24V 5A can be seen in the following figure.
Circuit Of Variable Power Supply 0-24V 5A IC L200
Parts of the power supply circuit 0-24V 5A variable above can be described as follows. Above a variable power supply circuit using step-down transformer without CT 25 volt 5 ampere as lowering the voltage AC 220 volts to 25 volts AC. Then as the wave using diode bridge rectifier 10A and 10000 uF/50V electrolytic capacitors. The output voltage is regulated power supply circuit uses IC L200 and can be set from 0 volts to 24 volts DC using a 10 Kohm potentiometer. Used as a current amplifier capable BD250 PNP transistor drain currents up to 5 Ampere.
In the step-down transformer primary fuse installed 1A serves as a circuit breaker to the electrical power supply variable 0-24V 5A by IC L200 above if the power supply circuit is short circuit. L200 BD250 transistor and IC cooling plate needs to be installed to remove the heat generated at the time of variable power supply circuit 0-24V 5A above given great weight.
