Audio Power Amplifier MOSFET 400W
400W power amplifier using 8 units IRFP448 MOSFET as a power amplifier. Power amplifier circuit is included in the final amplifier OCL type on each side of the audio signal using a single type of power transistor. Driver for power MOSFET transistor D401 used on each side of the signal amplifier. Power amplifier circuit is a power amplifier OCL with symmetrical working voltage 70-80 volts. The circuit is a 400W power amplifier OCL which will issue a spike in the signal at the output point when first turned on, so it requires a delay circuit on the output lines before being connected to the speaker (speaker protector).
